Buying Policy:
At Soft Style, we aim to ensure the highest satisfaction for our customers. We have established a clear buying and exchange policy to guide you through your purchase and any necessary post-purchase adjustments. Please follow the instructions below for a seamless experience.
Please read the following return and exchange policy:
- If you receive a product that does not match your order (e.g., incorrect size), you must inform us within 6 hours of receipt. We strongly recommend checking the product in the presence of the delivery person.
- If any issues are discovered later, please inform us within 24 hours. We will facilitate an exchange, subject to stock availability and our standard verification procedures. A processing or delivery charge may apply.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The product must be in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition.
- All original tags and labels must remain attached and intact. Damaging or removing security tags will void the exchange eligibility.
- Any complaints or exchange requests must be filed within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The customer is responsible for exchange shipping fees. Standard rates: 70 Taka (Dhaka City), 100 Taka (Chittagong/Specific sub-areas), and 150 Taka (Outside Dhaka).
- If Soft Style delivers a defective product or the wrong size, we will facilitate the exchange at our own discretion and expense. Proof of the defect must be provided within 48 hours of receipt.
Note: We do not offer cash refunds for products sold. You may choose to exchange the item for another product of equal value, subject to delivery and exchange charges.
