Diploma/Degree in CSE or relevant. Experience in desktop support and basic network administration.

• Basic network and printer troubleshooting
• Good communication with non-technical users

Responsibilities & Content:

Handle helpdesk tickets, set up new users, maintain backups and assist in IT projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PC, laptop and printer issues
• User account and email setup
• Software installation and updates
• Maintain IT asset register
